At Wreaths by Raquel, every wreath and centerpiece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re happy to help if something isn’t quite right.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days after you receive your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition as received

• Unused and undamaged

• Returned in original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

Custom or personalized wreaths and arrangements are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

• A $40 flat-rate return shipping fee applies

• No restocking fees
