Wreaths by Raquel is an online-only store. Available shipping destinations, services and charges are calculated and shown during checkout.

Preparation time

Because each design is handmade, preparation time can vary by product and season. If a specific delivery date matters, contact us before ordering. Custom-order timing is confirmed before work begins.

Tracking

When your order ships, tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking activity can take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Packaging handmade décor

Wreaths and centerpieces are carefully packaged to protect their dimensional details. After unpacking, gently reshape wired ribbon, mesh, florals or decorative accents as needed. Save the packaging until you have inspected your order.

Address changes

Review your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. An address cannot be changed after a package has been transferred to the carrier.

Shipping damage

If your order arrives damaged, email wreathsbyraquel@gmail.com promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item, shipping box and packing materials.
