Yes. Wreaths by Raquel currently operates online only and does not have a public retail location.

Are the pieces handmade?

Yes. Each wreath, swag and centerpiece is handcrafted. Small variations are a natural part of handmade work and help make every piece unique.

Can I display my wreath outdoors?

Unless a product page says otherwise, display your piece in a covered, protected area. Keep it away from direct rain, prolonged sunlight, strong wind and extreme heat to help preserve its color and shape.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes. Use the Custom Orders form to share your preferred colors, theme, placement, budget and deadline. Timing and final pricing are confirmed before work begins.

How long does processing take?

Preparation time varies by product and season. If you need an order by a specific date, contact us before purchasing so we can confirm availability and timing.

How will my order be shipped?

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. Tracking information is emailed when your package ships. Because wreaths and centerpieces are dimensional, gently reshape ribbons, mesh or florals after unpacking if needed.

What if my order arrives damaged?
