At Wreaths by Raquel, each wreath is handcrafted with care.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

✔ Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Delivery Times:
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days, and delivery generally occurs within 5–7 business days, depending on the destination.

Return Process:
To start a return, contact us at wreathsbyraquel@gmail.com. We will provide a return authorization and instructions for sending your item back.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
Customized or personalized wreaths are not eligible for return unless damaged.

✔ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include photos of the damage and packaging
We will replace the item or issue a refund.

✔ Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

✔ Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

✔ Shipping Returns
